If you happen to be unsatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased please contact us to discuss your issue first.
Products with a flaw will be replaced free of charge upon return of the product. Your return postage cost will credited or returned by products of similar value. Re-shipping will not be charged in this case.
Products deemed unsatisfactory or incorrectly ordered can be returned for replacement or credit at your return postage cost. Re-shipping charges and product price difference must be paid by you.
Products returned without authorisation will be returned to you at your cost.
